More office space for business expansion

LBW Chartered Accountants has extended its office space to facilitate its recent growth, which includes a pathway for additional partners.

LBW, which is headquartered at The Courtyard in Bromborough, has created three additional offices and two more meeting rooms and has also taken space at a third premises on the same site.

The company, founded in 2009, is also recruiting an accounts senior to bolster its team in response to an increase in clients.

Founder Lee Webster is joined on the management board by partners Steve Sharp and Mark Sleight, with colleagues Paul Sharp and Alex Clare currently on track to become partners.

Lee said: “We have grown from one to two units on the site during our time here, and purchasing additional space in a third unit is a big milestone for LBW Chartered Accountants.

“We have focused on organic growth and much of our business is word of mouth referrals, which speaks volumes about the quality of work our team delivers.

“Our senior members of the team now have their own offices to conduct client meetings. We have a sustainable plan for recruitment and the aim is to free up our partners to focus on not just providing high-quality accountancy advice, but also business support and guidance based on our experience and knowledge to existing clients.

“We are much more valuable than a traditional firm of accountants and these changes will help our clients benefit further.”

During a survey with LBW’s clients and contacts earlier this year, over 90% of respondents said the company provides them with business advice and guidance during routine calls and meetings and rated the service as excellent.

One managing director who has benefited is Anthony Bullick from Outwrite PR, an award-winning PR and communications agency.

He said: “I can trust LBW implicitly to ensure the numbers are correct and they are saving the business the maximum amount of tax possible.

“More importantly, I can ring them at any time to pick their brains and talk about any problems or queries I have with business operations including recruitment and new business.”
